We have been running a licensed real estate agency in Artà since 1997.
The north-east of the island is our speciality.

With us you will find a selection of properties with good construction quality and serious prices. Of course, we also fulfil special requests and procure the corresponding properties. However, we do not only provide you with important decision-making aids, but also accompany you through all instances if you wish. And even after the keys have been handed over, we are happy to help you deal with the day-to-day problems with your property - whether it's construction support or house service, tax matters, German-language legal advice or familiar dealings with the local authorities.

Our service is quite complete: because we also assist you with interior design, help you to choose the right architects and building contractors and have all services around house, garden and pool service in our portfolio.

In a nutshell: we may not have invented after-sales, but we obviously do something right: - our customers send their friends and acquaintances to us. And we take that as a really nice compliment.
