This small, renovated finca with its low-maintenance plot is located only 10 minutes' walk from Artà in a quiet area. Numerous beaches and golf courses can be reached in the surrounding area in just a few minutes by car.

In particular, the pool terrace with outdoor shower (solar hot water) will delight you. From the pool (24m²) there is also access to a higher, small terrace from which you have a great view of the Sant Salvador monastery.
The vegetable garden with fruit trees will make every hobby gardener happy. Behind the vegetable garden, a small room can be used as a workshop.

The plot is 1.042m² and the approx. 60m² living space offers a total of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is divided as follows:
Directly in front of the entrance of the house there is a covered terrace. Upon entering the house, one is directly in the small living/dining room.
On the left side of the house there is a 2nd bedroom with access to the terrace and a modern shower room.
To the right of the living room is the kitchen and a bedroom with access to the terrace.
