The finca is situated above San Llorenç on a very beautiful plot (approx. 18,600 m²) with wonderful countryside views as far as the sea in total tranquility. Relaxation is guaranteed here.
The living space of 160 m² is divided as follows:
Living room in the tower with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room behind it (now used as an office with sleeping facilities), further bedroom, bathroom and many terraces around the house with fantastic views.
The beautiful pool (4.5 x 8 m, 1.5 m deep) offers a wonderful way to cool off in summer.
The roof terrace on the tower offers panoramic views across the mountains to the sea.
Below the pool terrace there is a small (and bright) guest flat with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace.

The finca has a permanent rental license, which makes it even more attractive.
The entire finca is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with plenty of terraces for relaxing. A boules court is also available.
