This modern finca (built in 2012) is situated in an absolutely quiet location in a nature reserve just a few minutes' drive from Artà. It offers fantastic views over Artá and the sea in absolute tranquility.

The finca, built with the best materials, has a living area of approx. 250 m² with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is divided as follows:

Ground floor: Entrance hall with adjoining open-plan living room with fireplace, dining room and library with floor-to-ceiling windows, which create a bright and light-flooded ambiance. The living room and library lead to the large outdoor terrace, from which you can enjoy distant sea views.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances as well as an extra storage room. The guest WC is also located on the ground floor.

The pool terrace with the large saltwater pool offers many places to linger in the summer.

1st floor: 3 large bedrooms all with bathroom en suite, as well as a terrace of approx. 15 m², which is accessible from 2 bedrooms. The view of the green landscape of Artà and the sea is enchanting.

Directly adjoining the main house is the guest area (50 m²), with its own entrance, living/dining room, kitchen and an extra bedroom with bathroom.

The finca has a rental license for 6 guests.
