This modern finca (built in 2024) is situated in an elevated position a few minutes from Manacor near the village of Petra. It offers fantastic views with sunrises and sunsets.

The finca, built with the best materials, has a living area of approx. 250 m² with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is divided as follows:

The L-shaped layout offers a living area and a bedroom wing. After the entrance hall is the living room with a fireplace, a dining area and an open-plan American kitchen. There is also a pantry, a utility room and a guest WC.

The living room is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors and offers direct access to the covered terrace with pergola, which provides a place to relax in all seasons.

On the other side of the house, the sleeping area offers three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

Many Mallorcan elements such as natural stone walls and exposed ceiling beams were incorporated into the construction of the finca.

There is a carport for 2 vehicles on the property. The outbuilding, which is slightly removed from the main house, is ideal for a workshop, art studio or guest area.
