Ground floor: large living/dining room, modern country kitchen, impressive entrance hall (height 8m), 2 bedrooms (each with en suite bathroom and private terrace) and guest WC.

The outdoor area is optimally designed: numerous terraces (partly covered), complete summer kitchen (incl. BBQ house, natural stone oven, porch and WC), pool (12 x 6 m) with sun terrace, lovingly landscaped garden (palm trees, olive, almond and fruit trees etc.) and stables, which are ideal for keeping horses.

The house (basement) was built with high-quality materials and to the highest standard and is in very good condition. For example, the pool was re-tiled in 2023, the solar system was renewed and extended in 2022, the heating burner was replaced in 2021, etc.
